With a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and a lifelong passion for travel, Lejla has built her career around one guiding principle: exceptional service begins with genuine human connection.
From her early beginnings as a destination representative promoting Croatia at international travel shows, to her roles at the Dubrovnik Tourist Board, 5-star hotels, and as a Project Manager at a leading incentive & congress destination management company, Lejla has gained a rich, first-hand understanding of every facet of the tourism industry.
Her professional journey also led her abroad, where she further honed her skills and perspective in human resources, living and working in international environments that shaped her global outlook. Fluent in English and German, Lejla brings not only linguistic fluency but also cultural empathy to her work.
Over the years, she has founded and nurtured two travel companies from the ground up,(Avantgarde Service d.o.o. and inflatus Travel d.o.o. - Inspiration Croatia), both built on her unwavering belief that success is never a solo effort — it thrives on the dedication of wonderful people, colleagues, and suppliers who share a common vision.

Dino Perić
Dino began his career as a licensed professional driver, a role that provided him with an exceptional, ground-level understanding of Croatia and its neighboring countries — Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and Serbia.
Fluent in English and German, he quickly became more than just a driver; he was a trusted local expert and ambassador of the region. His direct interaction with clients on-site and his in-depth destination knowledge proved invaluable, laying a strong foundation for the growth and reputation of Avantgarde Service Travel.
As the only sibling brother of Lejla, Dino shares not only a family bond but also a shared vision. Together, they founded Avantgarde Service Travel with the belief that true excellence in travel comes from authenticity, precision, and care.
